Terms of Service
By using krovelo.com and engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Projects & Payment
A 50% non-refundable advance is required to initiate any project. Deliverables are strictly as per the agreed package. Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included during the design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at ₹12,000 per round. Final handover and deployment will only occur upon clearing the remaining 50% balance.
2. Delivery & Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and contingent on prompt client feedback and asset delivery. Delays in providing necessary content, approvals, or access will result in a corresponding shift in the delivery timeline.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, full intellectual property rights for the developed website and custom assets are transferred to the client. Krovelo Studio retains the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless explicitly agreed otherwise under an NDA.
4. Liability & Support
Krovelo Studio is not liable for indirect business loss, revenue loss, or third-party service outages. Post-launch technical support is limited to the period specified in your package (typically 30 to 60 days) and covers bugs directly related to our code. Ongoing maintenance requires a separate retainer agreement.
